Joe Hoeflinger

I have lived in the Ann Arbor area (Ann Arbor, Manchester, Ypsilanti, and Chelsea) for more than 30 years.  I obtained my degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, a Masters in Education from Eastern Michigan University, and I spent two years in Chile with the Peace Corps (Sí, hablo español).

I try to minimize the stress of buying a home by making sure that I am available to my clients and that they have all the information they need to make an informed choice.  I pride myself on being able to sift through the available offerings to find just what my clients are searching for.  I manage the negotiations and transactions and leave the decision making to you.
